STERLING — Sterling American Legion Post 296 has a public ceremony commemorating Veterans Day scheduled at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, at Sterling High School Auditorium.
Capt. Taylor Cox, a 12-year Army veteran, is the keynote speaker. She is assigned to the Rock Island Arsenal Army Sustainment Command.
