DeKALB – Residents in Wards 4 and 7 are invited to attend meetings with their alderman set for the first week of December, including a chance for 4th Ward residents to meet their new appointed official.
4th Ward
New Alderman Greg Perkins will host his first ward meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 4, at The Salvation Army, 830 Grove St., DeKalb, according to a news release from the city.
Perkins will provide opening remarks and then invite community members to share questions or concerns.

7th Ward
Residents in the ward are invited to attend a ward meeting with Alderman Tony Faivre, set for 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 5 in the second-floor training room at the DeKalb Police Department, 700 W. Lincoln Highway.
