Oswego police investigating disorderly conduct incident in restaurant drive-thru lane

Oswego police are investigating a disorderly conduct incident that occurred at 9:12 a.m. July 16 in the drive-thru lane of a fast food restaurant in the 300 block of Douglas Road.

In a press statement, police said officers were told a customer that did not receive all of his food order allegedly spit on an employee and threw garbage through the restaurant’s drive-thru lane window.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
