Stanley J. Higgins, 31, of La Salle, was charged with driving while suspended at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday at Fifth and Hennepin streets, La Salle police said.
Jonathan J. Parks, 42, of Spring Valley, was charged with driving with a suspended license at Route 29 and Briarcliff Drive at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 15.
