• Lisa A. Bailey, 40, of the 900 block of Spiros Court, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Jan. 12, with retail theft.
• Darral W. Bailey, 26, of the 700 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Monday, Jan. 13, with retail theft.
• Jesse B. Coleman, 37, of the 3900 block of South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sunday, Jan. 12, with retail theft.
• Julia J. Hernandez-Luna, 21, of the 1400 block of Oakwood Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Jan. 12, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%.
• Dustin R. Zeigler, 32, of the 700 block of Hyacinth Lane, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Jan. 12, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
