Fifteen people were arrested Wednesday and Thursday as the result of a McHenry County Sheriff’s Office felony arrest warrant sweep, according to a news release.
The McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit headed the effort, which led to the seizure of drugs, a firearm and multiple rounds of ammunition, according to a release the sheriff’s office emailed Friday afternoon.
The McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Task Force, U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Kane County Sheriff’s Office and DuPage County Sheriff’s Office all assisted in the operation, according to the release.
Those arrested during the warrant sweep include Kyle A. Campbell, charged with attempted murder; Russell S. Levand, drug-induced homicide; John F. Gonzalez, aggravated domestic battery; Jonathan A. Wilson, aggravated domestic battery and burglary; Tony L. Brandt, residential burglary; Eric L. Landwer, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; Kyle N. Martin, petition to revoke on possession of a controlled substance; and Nicholas J. Larsen, Illinois Department of Corrections parole violation.
Others were arrested on possession of a controlled substance charges: Krista L. Obenchain, Carl W. Purcell, Adam Hoth, Michael L. Simmons, Gianni Pellegrinon, Deb L. Aguilar and Christian Mora Diaz.
