CASA Advocates serve as the voice for abused and neglected children in the DeKalb County juvenile court. These children are involved in the court system through abuse or neglect by a parent or guardian. CASA advocates visit the child regularly and are a stable, consistent person in the child’s life, giving the child hope during a difficult time of their life.
