Egyptian Theatre looking for 90 years of stories

DeKALB – The Egyptian Theatre is celebrating its 90th season after opening its doors Dec. 10, 1929. The theater is seeking to share its “Expanding Beyond 90 Years” 90th anniversary with the community by collecting stories throughout the theater’s history.

The Egyptian is looking for stories of all kinds, from first jobs or seeing a sell-out show to first dates or marriage proposals. So if you have a story you want to share, fill out the story submission form on the Egyptian Theatre’s website at http://egyptiantheatre.org/ and email the form to info@egyptiantheatre.org or mail it to 135 N. Second St., DeKalb, IL 60115.
