SANDWICH – Fox Valley Community Services (FVCS) Board Member Bill Newkirk was winner of the $1,000 grand prize at the FVCS 2020 Non-Event Draw Down.
Newkirk and many other winners shared their winnings with FVCS.
The scheduled annual fundraiser in June had to be postponed until October due to COVID-19. The event is organized by former FVCS board members Dennis O’Connell and Jim Elliott.
All proceeds are used to support seniors in DeKalb, Kane, Kendall and LaSalle counties through services and programs of FVCS, including active adult activities, adult day service and home services available 24/7.
