Residents will have another opportunity to partake in free drive-thru COVID-19 testing next week at sites in Sycamore and Genoa, according to a news release from the he DeKalb County Health Department.
Sycamore high School, 427 Spartan Trail, Sycamore and Genoa-Kingston High School, 980 Park Avenue in Genoa will offer testing through Thursday next week.
Sycamore High School will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for testing Monday and Tuesday, and drivers should enter off Johnson Avenue.
Genoa-Kingston High’s site is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.
The testing is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Public Health, DeKalb County Health Department, Sycamore School District 427 and the Genoa-Kingston District 424.
The tests will be a simple nasal swab, and participants will receive their results within four to seven days. There is no cost for the testing.
