SYCAMORE – The Meijer coming to Sycamore this spring is looking to hire for hundreds of jobs in the store.
The big-box retailer, which is still under construction near the intersection of Peace Road and Route 23, is looking to fill 300 positions in all departments, according to a news release. including clerks, cake decorators, cashiers, meat cutters and other jobs.
Starting pay will be based on experience level and specific skills, according to the release, and other benefits include access to health care options, employee discounts, paid parental leave, educational reimbursement and flexible scheduling.
Those interested can apply on the Meijer jobs website. Once online, type “Sycamore” in the location search field.
Meijer will start to screen applicants over the next few weeks before scheduling in-person interviews.
