MORRISON – A Morrison man is in Whiteside County jail today on $250,000 bond, charged with sharing and possessing child pornography.
Gualberto M. Gaeta, 30, was arrested Thursday after an ISP Division of Criminal Investigation search of his home in the 100 block of East Main Street, State Police said in a news release.
Gaeta is charged with three counts of dissemination of child pornography, punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison, and three counts of possession of child pornography, which carries 3 to 7 years.
He has a preliminary hearing Feb. 28.
The investigation continues, the release said.
