The summer rolls by fast, so don’t miss Indian Valley Community Band’s outdoor concert starting at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Knights Park, 1001 N. Latham St. in Sandwich.
The public is invited to this free event, which is part of the “Party in the Park – Music and Movie in the Park” series, sponsored by the Sandwich Park District. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an old-fashioned summertime concert that will include patriotic favorites. Boy Scout Troop 45 will be selling hot dogs, snacks and freshly made popcorn. After the musical performance, stay for the movie “Captain Marvel,” which will be shown on the big screen.
