DeKALB – How can we make healthy eating choices, especially now that we’re staying home more and shopping less?
Find out at the next online STEM Café at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 13.
At the café, you’ll learn about how to make healthy eating choices from nutrition experts:
• Julie Ann Patterson, NIU assistant professor of nutrition and dietetics
• Nancy Prange, registered dietitian and dietetic internship director at NIU
• Lisa Brandt, registered dietitian
This presentation will provide the latest information about the relationship between the foods we eat, our health and the environment. You’ll get sensible solutions for healthy, nutritious meals that will fit your lifestyle.

You will be able to listen to the speakers and have a chance to type in your questions.
