Tommy L. Russell, 54, homeless, was charged with retail theft at 11:04 a.m. Thursday at Beck’s, La Salle police said.

Zachary T. McGuire, 27, of La Salle, was charged with driving while suspended, no insurance, improper parking on a roadway and disturbing the peace at 4:40 p.m. Thursday at Crosat Street and O’Conor Avenue, La Salle police said.

Jeremy Gossett, 27, of Naplate, was charged with three counts of domestic battery following a disturbance at 8 p.m. Thursday at a location in the 200 block of 20th Avenue in Naplate, La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.

Donald Cummins, 24, of Streator, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at 206 W. Grant St., Streator police said.
