Jeff Burroughs, 50, of Streator, was arrested 10:58 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of North Bloomington Street on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of aggravated battery, Streator police said. Burroughs was taken to La Salle County Jail.
Carl A. Mansfield, 67, of Ottawa, was arrested 1:54 a.m. Sunday on Route 23 in Farm Ridge Township on complaints of DUI of drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.
James L. Cadic, 30, of Harvard, was arrested 4:05 a.m. Sunday following a single-vehicle crash in the area of 2521 N. 3653rd Road in Mission Township on a complaint of DUI, La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies said Cadic was driving west on North 3653rd Road when he lost control of his vehicle on the icy roadway and the vehicle entered a ditch.
