There will be an informal meet and greet for Tom Tarter at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 the Lincoln Inn Restaurant, 240 E. Lincoln Highway, DeKalb. Tarter is seeking the Republican nomination for United States senator from Illinois.
