Senior Center offering virtual exercise class

Seniors are invited to join the Heart and Bones exercise class from the comfort of their home through Zoom at 10 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Participants who join this engaging, fun fitness class will benefit from cardio, resistance and strength training. Balance, coordination, flexibility, agility and energy may be improved. The instructor is Beth Peshia, OSC Health and Wellness coordinator.
