Whiteside County Health Department drive up testing no longer needs appointments

ROCK FALLS — Beginning this week, the Whiteside County Health Department has decided that no appointments will be needed for COVID_19 testing through the Health Department’s community based drive-up testing site. Individuals who are seeking testing will be able to drive up to the tents during testing hours to be tested for COVID-19.

The Whiteside County Health Department will also be expanding its testing hours on Thursdays to offer additional evening opportunities for testing. The testing site will be closed daily for a meal break from 1 to 1:45 pm.

Whiteside County testing hours are: Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 1 p.m.
